Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402 ST | B series

Proud to present another Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402ST Jumbo, B Series B1XXX from around 1976. Dial is in mint condition, original “Swiss” signed. Case appears to be slighly polished in the past, with sharp edges and bevels. Bracelet with 19 segments has virtually no stretch, and is also in excellent condition.
The reference 5402 was produced in four series A, B, C and D until the late 1970s, which only had minor design differences. An important feature for collectors is the position of the AP logo on the dial. Only the A series and B series serial numbers carry the AP logo at 6 o’clock. All C and D series watches have the logo at 12 o’clock.
The automatic movements, caliber 2121 has become famous because of its thinness. It is still the thinnest full rotor automatic movement in the world.

I have ordered an extract of archives through AP, plus two additional links for the bracelet to make the watch fit to larger wrists.
Margin-taxation according to §25A UStG.
