A very rare Omega Speedmaster Professional in steel reference ST 105.012-64, with movement 22.82xxxx and legendary manual winding caliber 321 from the year 1966 delivered to France. Extract of the archives dates the production to February 10, 1966. The black stepped dial with sunken sub dials is in excellent condition and lume has aged evenly to a yellow tone. Luminous on the dial is in perfect undamaged condition, I could proudly say, show me a better one!!! Also features the rare DoN – Dot over Ninety Bezel, which is correct for that time periode. Case is also in very good vintage condition with sharp edges and bevels. Acrylic crystal has signs of wear and aging. Has a gey NATO leather strap. This watch has received a full movent service to Omega specifications in May 2020. Main spring, fourth wheel and screw for center seconds brake lever have been changed. Du to the retention of the original pushers and crown, the watch is not waterproof. Invoice copy is included. A bit of the history about the Speedmaster: The 105.012 was chosen by NASA for the Apollo moon landing missions after the 105.003 had already past resistance tests to select a chronograph for space missions with the Gemini program been chosen in 1965 to become the official NASA astronaut watch.
