Panerai PAM00579 1950 8 Day Chrono Monopulsante Titanium Left-Handed in a super complete set in like new condition. First what’s included: of course the watch, bezel protector, triple box, manual, guarantee certificate, toolkit, unworn leather band, unworn rubber band, serial stickers, caseback film, limitation certificate 300 pieces and even the tiny key to lock the inner box. So, super complete without anything missing. It was first sold on February 7, 2015 through Mauer KG in Bochum/Germany. Everything has been filled out, except the buyers name, this has been left blank.

This 47mm beast in limited editon is loaded with functions: Hours, Minutes, Small Seconds, Power Reserve Indicator on the back, seconds reset and Single-button chronograph. The brown dial features luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers. Minute counter at 9 o’clock. Seconds at 3 o’clock, central chronograph hand.

Panerai describes the history of it’s left-handed watches as follows: “”In the 1940s the characteristic crown-protecting device was for the first time fitted on the left side of the case. This was done to meet the requirements of the underwater commandos of the Royal Italian Navy who needed to wear the watch on the right wrist, because on the left wrist they already had the compass or the depth gauge. “

The hand-wound P.2004/9 has three spring barrels, giving a power reserve of eight days. The caliber also features a column wheel and vertical clutch. The single pusher controls all the chronograph functions – start, stop, reset. The seconds reset function enables the watch to be synchronized with a reference time signal.

The watch has been barely worn, I could not find any signs of use either on bracelet or crystal, not even swirls, nothing. The previous owner wore it with a after market leather strap and buckle to save the two straps that came originally with this watch, both are unworn.
