Rolex Submariner “Kermit” 16610LV I F-series 2004 I Full Set EU/Greece

Rolex 16610LV „Kermit“ Full Set with serial F32xxxx and LC 200/Greece. At Baselworld 2003, Rolex decided to launch their very first Anniversary model to celebrate 50 years of the Submariner. The reference 16610LV has a bright green bezel and special Maxi-Dial with larger lume plots. The watch is in good to very good overall condition and appears to be unpolished, or only slightly once in the past. The watch has been worn with joy, therefore it shows some signs of wear, without any deep impacts or dents – overall it is a very good, honest sub that can continue to be used for its intended purpose of wearing. Alternatively, upon request, it can be polished by my Rolex AD to a like new condition without loosing much material. This 16610LV, was first sold on May 22, 2004 through Rolex Hellas/Greece and is in original condition. Full length original bracelet with claspcode AD (2004). Original boxset with 16610 sticker. Olive green MK3 bezel inlay in very good condition. The fat/flat 4 inlays have only been built in for Y (2003, all) and F series (up to around 2.6 Mio.) watches. Thank’s to the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programme that has been launched recently with Bucherer, Rolex is setting up a database for vintage watches and puts it together with the information they have from their production. Why is that so important? In the past many black 16610 Submariners showed up that have been rebuilt to 16610LV with new hands, bezel inlay and dial – almost impossible to identify these watches. My Rolex AD has access to this database – this watch is of course a “born” 16610LV, which can be proofed with a printout of the CPO database.
