This Vintage Omega Speedmaster Professional Mark III, ref. 176.002 frrom the early 70s is in extraordinary overall condition. It is unpolished and shows virtually no signs of prior use on the case and bracelet. Just have a look on the pictures. Case is in amazing condition with sharp edges as it should be. Also the bracelet is besides a stretch in unpolished condition with only minor sign of prior wearing.
The beautiful blue dial with white chronograph hour counter at 6 o’clock, small seconds and 24h at 9 o’clock, date display at 3 o’clock and orange tip hand for chronograph minutes is mint with all Tritium lume present – just perfect.
Has a self-winding mechanical movement caliber 1040 and mineral glass crystal with some signs of use. Just sent it to my watchmaker to adjust and change gaskets, even it’s running on high amplitude, but an adjustment through my expert could never be wrong. If necessary he’ll also replace the crystal. A Omega archive extract can be provided upon customers request.
