This is another beautiful Omega Speedmaster Professional in steel ref. 145.022 ST with movment 2.911.xxx, caliber 861 from the year 1970. The black step dial and the hands are in very good condition with all lume dots present and intact. Also features the rare DoN – Dot over Ninety Bezel. Case is in very good vintage condition with sharp edges and bevels I would even rate it unpolished. Acrylic crystal has signs of wear and aging. The original Omega bracelet ist stamped 1171/1 has the 633 endlinks and an acceptable stretch for it’s age. Still very comfortable to wear. Only litte downturn is the later service caseback, stamped 145.0022. Condition is perfect and I personally like it more than the original back, so I leave the watch as it is. Not too hard to find the original one stamped 145.022 on the spares market, if you prefer this one. Movement is running strong with no indication for a service. Chrono starts, stopps and flies back to 0 as it should.
